Michael Jermyn is an active private investor specializing in early-stage technology and consumer goods companies, leveraging consumer technology platforms to develop profitable new business models. He is currently Partner and Chief Revenue Officer at IndulgeRX and Founder/CEO of Palate Wizards LLC, a technology company enhancing sales and consumer engagement for fine wine and spirits brands using machine learning. Michael began his career at Procter & Gamble, later becoming General Manager at United Distillers (now Diageo), leading a $100 million revenue line of business and eventually becoming Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development responsible for $400 million in annual sales. Entering the Marketing Services industry as VP Loyalty Marketing at Catalina Marketing, he grew new businesses from start-ups to over $100 million in annualized revenues and $60 million EBITDA. Michael holds a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Rochester.

As the lead visionary at IndulgeRx Brands Inc., John spearheads the launch of FightBack Foods which intentionally blend individual organic ingredients, cutting-edge technologies and a world class nutritional research study database, into impactful, consumer-friendly food products. Ernest Dragoo is a seasoned C-Level executive with over 40 years of experience in the international construction and business arena. He is currently the Managing Director of the Middle East & Asia for IndulgeRx Brands Inc. Ernest has demonstrated expertise in compliance within politically sensitive environments, adept at acquisitions, client negotiations, and maintaining corporate confidentiality. His background includes project management from pre-tender through closeout, exposure to all construction phases (onshore and offshore), and crisis management in challenging regions. Fluent in navigating complex logistics and cultural landscapes, Ernest has a proven track record of driving growth and establishing successful branch operations across Asia and the Middle East and experience in US Government Contracting. Ernest holds a degree in Business Management and has spent 38 years living and working in international and developing countries.
